Adib builds backends that hold their shape under load.
Mohammed Adib, backend software engineer. Most know me as Adib Bin Billal, aka@adib-the-noob. I design the systems behind the interface: multi-tenant billing, resource orchestration, and APIs that stay reliable when the traffic arrives. Currently engineering MetroVPS at Flarezen.

Notes from the workbench
Shipping a portfolio with Astro→
Notes from building a content-first site with content collections, MDX, and a tight design system.
Boring technology wins in production→
Postgres, queues, and honest schemas have quietly outperformed every clever alternative I have shipped against.
Systems under the UI→
Interfaces are only as good as the services, data, and constraints underneath them.

The engineer behind the systems
I’m Mohammed Adib. That’s the formal name. Teammates and friends know me as Adib Bin Billal, and GitHub knows me as@adib-the-noob. I’m a backend software engineer from Dhaka who cares about the parts of the product nobody screenshots: billing that reconciles, queues that drain, and queries that stay fast at 10,000 customers.
By day I engineer MetroVPS at Flarezen: a white-label B2B platform with multi-layer billing and resource management across providers, resellers and customers. Before that: e-commerce infrastructure at LakLak Market, and real-time backends at Maverick Softwares.
I believe boring technology is underrated. Clear beats clever. Reliable beats impressive.
